Pressure points can help with migraines, tension headaches, sinus headaches, and more. However, to get results it requires a proven system. Simply pressing on points for a few minutes is not enough. Learn to use acupressure, electric devices, and natural remedies for migraines and headaches here.
Learn Our 3 Step System
1. Acupressure, Tapping, & EFT
Did you know there are many ways to stimulate pressure points? You can use pressure pens, electric acupressure devices, tap on points, and more. Tapping can be useful for migraines caused by stress and when migraines relate to your emotions. Learn unique methods of using pressure points - that actually work - and go beyond just applying pressure to them.

2. Pressure Pens & Electrical Acu Pens
There are several useful devices for stimulating acupressure points. These devices work better on some points than simply using your fingers to apply pressure. Applying a gentle electric charge can soothe your nerves and rewire your brain to help stop pain. One well-known method of electrical stimulation is the TENS unit and there are other devices such as the one pictured in the image.

3. Nutrition, Herbs, and Supplements for Migraines
Getting the right vitamins, minerals, and nutrition is essential for reducing migraine attacks. Riboflavin or vitamin B2 deficiency is associated with migraines and headaches. Other nutrient deficiencies can also cause migraine pain.

Acupressure Point LI 4 for Migraines and Headaches - Some Important Notes
In the above video, I discussed several other points near LI 4 that you can also use for alleviating migraine and headache pain. You can see from the video that my approach is different and that I'm not just using one point but several in the area of LI 4. However, you also need to know that applying pressure on your own to these points is OFTEN NOT ENOUGH.
While these points produce very effective results with acupuncture, much of the time applying pressure on your own is not sufficient. This is because most people don't apply strong enough pressure, for long enough, or with other acupressure points. Often it is necessary to stimulate at least 3 pressure points in three different areas.
There are powerful and effective ways to use acupressure points on your own and I can show you how to do this. Simply watching a few YouTube videos and applying a little pressure is not enough for most people, especially those with severe migraines.
Let me show you how to get real and lasting results! I am an acupuncturist with 24 years of professional experience and have taught and helped tens of thousands of people to get fast and effective results.
